technology of prefabricated elements
key words
- elastic steel primary construction - additional anti-seismic shock absorbers safer system than rigid arm. concrete structures with block filling
- 35% lower price than "classic"
- work in closed and heated spaces - controlled conditions
- quick installation on the construction site without "wet" procedures
- possibility of execution in winter
- 50% shorter terms than "classic"
There is a stereotype about prefabricated buildings, as less durable and of lower quality than classically constructed buildings. It is true that the quality of the construction depends on the quality of the materials used and the professional performance, and not on the construction technology, which can be "classic" or prefabricated.
Assembly technology has a number of advantages over the "classic":
The performance of works in dry, heated spaces and according to industry standards is far better than the conditions of the construction site. The organization of production on the line is an opportunity for specialization of production parts and workers, and thus a higher quality of prefabricated elements.
The production process is accelerated, which directly affects the price. Price, quality and shorter deadlines are a pledge of competitiveness.
Assembly can also be done without prefabricated elements, if the materials are installed using assembly technology directly on the construction site.
The possibility of carrying out works in winter conditions (closing the envelope - facade with roof immediately after construction, so that all other works are carried out in a closed and heated space.
In today's conditions, the lack of qualified labor on the labor market is the cause of unrealistically high performance prices and non-compliance with performance deadlines by contractors. The only answer to the situation is the execution of works using assembly technology.

classic and prefabricated construction
Prefab buildings made of steel or wooden structures are more resistant to earthquakes than classic construction methods with a proper solution of statics. The use of anti-seismic shock absorbers on the foundations takes away the power of transmitting the earthquake to the house. Our prefabricated buildings are approx. 25% cheaper compared to classic construction methods. The elements are produced in closed and heated spaces, which enables better quality and production does not depend on the season and weather conditions, which is especially important today due to climate change. Prefabricated elements are quickly connected on the construction site, without "wet" procedures as in the case of classical construction. (concrete, mortar, etc.) Prefab buildings allow work even during the winter months, because the envelope (facade and roof) is closed immediately after the assembly of the primary structure. Assembly technology enables 50% shorter deadlines compared to traditional construction, especially since production can be started simultaneously with the submission of the main project to the building permit, which shortens the construction period because at the time of obtaining the permit, the elements that are going to be assembled have already been produced. In today's market, the lack of skilled labor often causes high prices and delays in deadlines. Assembly technology is the answer to this situation.
